The proposed Parkrose Forward Enhanced Services District (ESD) has been removed from the City Life Committee agenda after significant opposition from local business and property owners. Historic Parkrose has announced that it is pausing its current proposal.
Protect Parkrose continues to work with business owners, property owners, and ratepayers to monitor any future ESD proposals, advocate for a transparent and accountable process, and ensure that those who would be required to pay these mandatory assessments have a meaningful voice in the decision.
